| Incredible is a word that I think could sum up my first semester as a graduate student.
I am sitting here at my kitchen table typing away and realized that three weeks from Friday I will be landing at LaGuardia Airport in NY. My experience here has been rough at times, I have to say the roughest I have faced in life but nothing can describe how it is to finally find you which I am still in the process of doing by the way...:)
I have had two awesome opporunities come my way this semester......a chance to grow closer to my lord savior and a trip to china in the summer of 07 which I am so excited for.
There is no way to end this but for two words to describe what lays ahead in the future...........HOPE AND EXCITEMENT!!!
Have a great thanksgiving and a merry christmas if i don't speak to you
God Bless

| Hey all How is everyone....sorry that I have not updated sooner but life has been one hetic turn after the other. Graduate School I can now say is a full time job. Haha come to think of it I am sitting here in my office on a friday nite doing homework at 8:40pm. I don't think I ever did that once in undergraduate...and the funny thing is this is just to keep my head bearly above water! I must say thought this has been one incredible trip of my life. It has not only made me closer to God but has truly help me in finding me. Thought its still a work in progress........;)! I can not wait to go to LSU on Fall break to see brendon and his new life. Well gotta run and read some more information.......becoming a "literal" bookworm Lata | | |
| Well today offically ends summer!!!!!
Graduate Orientation begins tomorrow for all new graduate students at OSU. Where has the summer gone. I am dropping Tiff off at the airport later this morning......which will be diffcult becuase I miss my MU friends so much.
This summer by far has tested my strenght and faith in God and I think I have passed. Moving so far away and not knowing anyone from the area is the most diffcult life encounter someone in my opinion goes through. Change is hard for me and I think for most people........but I know with the man above on my side and friends and family's love and support anything is possible.
Wow......is all i can muster beginning my master's degree...........where did I stop being a dorky kid and become an accomplished adult.....
Good luck all returning to school and starting new jobs or life
remember you all are in my thoughts and I love you

| This is the new me...well, me in OK.
This is also Tiff, who was nice enough to remodel my site to fit the new me
I'm having a blast getting to know the people here, getting ready to start Grad classes in a week, workin already for my Grad Assistantship. Oh, and having an awesome time hanging out with Tiff of course.
Well, I must go and take a walk of campus with Tiff as the sun goes down...even though it is hotter now than it was earlier today! The weather is crazy down here. And I will make sure to continue to tell her how much "smaller" this school is to MU (when she keeps telling me that's a joke) hehe.
Ok, I'll keep you posted, or try to. Hope y'all are having a great summer back in PA and NY, and wherever you chose to go after college! | | |
